The YMCA Retirement Fund is a non-profit membership corporation with participants, and the YMCAs that employ them as members. The Fund is governed by fourteen talented men and women who serve as trustees. Nine are YMCA volunteers and five are employed officers of a YMCA. Each has professional expertise in one or more of six areas: investment management, employee benefits, communications, technology, pension and tax law, and organizational strategy. Their professional expertise in various fields complements those of the Retirement Fund's management team.
