Fiscal Year 2009 (July 2008-June 2009) Meeting Attendance
The Fund’s Board of Trustees volunteered more than ten days of the year with 85% attendance in fulfillment of the fiduciary obligations associated with Fund governance.
Trustees spent 48.25 hours of actual meeting time during the past fiscal year exclusive of the approximately 25 hours of preparatory and follow up time. Trustees come from across the United States and meeting logistics in certain cases requires day prior travel. Calculation: (48.25 hours of meeting time / 8 hours per day = 6.03 days plus 4 travel days = just over 10 business days per year excluding prep time) Detail as follows:
The Board of Trustees met 4 times during the fiscal year for a total of 12 hours. In addition, preparation time exceeds 2 hours for each meeting.
