If you are applying for retirement benefits, have questions about them, or need to change your personal information, feel free to contact the Fund directly. If you need information about starting payroll deductions for Voluntary Accounts, please see your YMCA's local plan administrator.

6. Can I fax forms to the Fund?

Generally, if you are making an official request for a form or information about your account, the Fund will accept a fax. In some cases, we need the original signed form to be sent by mail. In other cases, like a Designation of Beneficiary form, we can only accept an original, signed, and notarized form. Be sure to check with the Fund to find out which forms can be faxed.
